COMMON QUESTIONS
Do you have a minimum service charge for Repairs/Maintenance, can I get an Estimate?
Yes, we do have a minimum service call charge of $125.00 for any Repairs or Maintenance and we do offer free estimates over the phone with valid pictures we can review as needed. Just keep in mind that an Estimate is just a logical guess using the information at hand. If required, we can schedule a site visit at No cost.
What towns do you service?
We service areas surrounding Grand Lake including, Langley, Disney, Grand Lake Towne, Ketchum, Monkey Island, Cleora, Bernice, Copeland, Grove. If your town isn't on the list but you've in the general area, give us a call and we'll see what we can do to help you out.
Do you provide 24/7 emergency services?
No, but Lake Shore Home Services does offer after hours services calls up to 9 pm Monday thru Saturday, we are Closed Sundays. An after hours or emergency service call Rate may apply.
